breakfast: 3/4 chicken in peanut sauce “lean cuisine” left most of the noodles
snack: 1 slice of swiss cheese w/ 1 T. honey mustard, 3 chunks of pineapple
lunch: 1 slice of swiss cheese w/1 T. honey mustard, 1 slice tomato (as a side note, I couldn’t finish the rest of my slices due to a coworker reminding me of the salmonella business running rampant in tomatoes. Euch.) 3-4 oz of Raspberry light and fit yogurt
snack: 1/2 C. imitation crab meat
dinner: 3 oz porkchop, 3 oz corn with salt
snack: 1 sugar free freezer pop
late night snack: 2 celery stalks with crunch peanut butter
even later night snack: handful of bbq baked lays. bad choice. move on. deal with it. night time is trigger time for MUNCH TIME!
exercise: none. I suck. berate me, please. 🙂 (now I shall just have to rise early and go make up for this!)
thoughts: hey, I kind of like that my diet is closer to natural than processed. I love eating fruits and veggies *so* much. Cheese is like, my new best friend. *nom nom nom*
